Down on the Farm {South Georgia Friends Photography}

While Kevin and I were participating in all of the wedding festivities last weekend, Hayden (who was there as the cutest ring barer EVER - see photo to the left) got to stay with his sweet cousins (well, second cousins, but who's keeping track) in Adel, GA. My wonderful Aunt Bonnie shuttled him back and forth so that he could serve his duties, but it also allowed us to spend time with dear friends. We are so, so greatful for all 4 of you! His cousins took such good care of him and he loved every minute of the time he spent with them. He was also so exhausted, I think he could have slept for days...if he didn't feel like he would miss out on so much! To say thank you to Morgan, who I'm sure did her share of babysitting that weekend, I did a little "Friends" photoshoot on her friend Jenny's farm. This turned out to be just as cool for me as it was for them! Talk about a photographer's dream...this farm was ahhh-mazing! It had cotton fields, rusted trucks, cows, horses, barns...you name it! I had a blast with the firls and I hope they love their photos! Morgan, Haley, Macey, Ashlyn and Jenny -- Thank you for being such beautiful models. I hope you guys had as much fun as I did and I can't wait to shoot you guys again soon!

Scarlett O'Hara would have been proud...Cotton fields and beautiful Southern Belles!

My Work At Work

It is always exciting to see the photos I have taken being used by my clients. I mean, I know that's why they come to me, but makes me proud to do what I do and is always a humbling experience. Our friends used several of their engagement photos as decorations at their reception....I just thought I would share!

NY / Tallahassee Engagement Photography - Such an Engaging Couple

While in Tallahassee for our friends' wedding, I had the opportunity to take some engagement photos for 2 of my favorite people, Ricky and Larissa. They are the most entertaining, hysterical couple I know and I love them both dearly. They live in NY and we don't get to see them very often, so it was extra special getting to spend a little more time with them (even if Ricky did start to act like my 3 year old...I won't hold that against him)! They let me play around with some ideas and I think they worked out pretty well. Congrats Ricky and Larissa...we can't wait for March to roll around!

South Florida Photography Products

Okay...So this weekend was SUPER busy. We went to Tallahassee for the wedding of our dear friends Ray and Mary (you can see their engagement photos in my very first post. We packed so, so much into this weekend, including 2 photos shoots for me. I have a lot of editing to do before you see those photos. But in the meantime, I wanted to share a new product that I will be offering my wonderful customers. This Blackberry Gel Skin is about as cool as it gets. Take a look at my sweet boys below. Now, I'll be able to carry them with me wherever I go! Love it!

Royal Palm Beach Children's Photography - Squishable Cheeks

I met this wonderful family at the beach today and it couldn't have been more perfect. Baby O was recently adopted and his parents wanted to commemorate the special occasion with a photoshoot that included his precious grandparents (who are also celebrating their 36th anniversary...Congrats!). This little guys was as squishy and as happy as every baby should be. He is so loved...and just look at him...I dare you not to fall in love too! Thank you so much for sharing your afternoon with me. I hope you enjoy your photos.

Wellington Children's Photography - Pumpkin Patch

Today we went to Bedner's Farm Fresh Market (http://www.bedners.com/) in Boynton Beach to visit their pumpkin patch. It was crazy busy, but so much fun. Hayden loved it and was such a good big brother, showing little Colton around. These photos were just too cute not to share! Enjoy!

Wellington Children's Photography - Boys Will Be Boys

Last night I had the pleasure of working with these two handsome guys at the beach in Lake Worth, FL. They are real working models and you can tell...they are such pros! They were so sweet and took direction way better than I could have imagined 3 & 4 year olds would. I am so, so pleased with how the shots came out and I hope their lovely Mommy is too. Go get em guys!

South Florida Pet Photography - Mr. Maddox

I was pleasantly surprised when this spunky, fluffy little guy came to visit me at the Happy Tails Dog Park in Plantation, FL. He's such a cute pup! His Mommy recently brought him home and wanted to have photos taken to commemorate the new addition. I have to say, pet photography is definitely a challenge, but so worth it! I think we got some great shots and I sure hope Maddox's Mommy enjoys them. Thanks "W" family for trusting me with your precious little puppy. I had a great time!

South Florida Children's Photography - Miami Cool

Saturday, I had the opportunity to shoot an absolutely BEAUTIFUL family in the Miami Design District. Talk about really cool places. The Design District is such a hidden gem. It's very artsy, with vibrant colors, incredible architecture, and awesome people. I highly recommend a visit! "D" is such a feisty little guy and reminds me so much of my little ones. His mother and Grandmother were such a joy to work with! Thank you so much for this opportunity...I hope you love you little peak!
