Sneak Peeks {Wellington Photography}

Time is running really short these days! Seriously...I feel like I could fill 6 more hours in a day. But, those of you who know me personally, know that I can't complete sentences if I don't get at least 6 hours of sleep. So, I choose sleep. In the words of Scarlett O'Hara, "I'll think about that tomorrow." In all seriousness, we have had a ton going on and there are a ton of changes in the future for the Burtch Family. All good, but a lot of change for someone who is becoming less and less fond of change. We're just trusting that God will lead us where we need to be. If I blog a little less, please forgive me...once the dust settles, I promise to get back on track. In the mean time, here are some sneak peaks from session I have had over the last week or so. First up, we have Little "T". You should have seen the look this little man gave me when we first met. It was one of those "who are you and what do you think you're gonna do with that big black thing in your hand" looks. But he warmed up to me and I even got a few smiles (thanks to my husband acting a fool behind me while I shot). "T" and his Mommy and Daddy were such a precious, happy little family and I was honored to work with them! Next up is Miss Tatiana. She is so near and dear to our hearts. I often refer to her as my Columbian daughter. I couldn't be a more proud "Mamma Burtch". You see, Tatiana was our nanny for a year and a half. She helped us raise our babies while we worked during the day. She recently had to leave us so that she could finish her school/internship and graduate. She will do both in the next couple of weeks and will head out into the real world. TaTa...We are so very greatful for you...for being such an important part of our family and for loving our boys like you do. We were blessed the day that God brought you into our lives. I couldn't be more proud if you were my own daughter. You ALWAYS have a place in our family...no matter where you are or what job you are doing. We LOVE You! Now that I'm almost in tears (I'm such a sap!), Let me Introduce you to Ann and her precious boys. We had such a blast and it was certainly a family affair...hers and mine. The field that we shot in looked a bit like a circus with all of us running around, playing chase, throwing Easter eggs around, swinging on the tire swing...you get the picture! These boys were so sweet and listened so well. And let me just tell you about Ann...talk about beautiful! They all made my job VERY easy. Thank you so much for trusting me with your memories!!!

Molded Moments Lifecasting {Things I Love}

In working with so many wonderful families over the last 6 months, I came to realize that there are a ton of very gifted people out there. So, I decided I wanted to share their talents and give them an opportunity advertise through my Facebook and Blog. I plan on doing this monthly, so if you are creative and have a product that you make and sell, I would LOVE to help you spread the word about your talents/hobbies/businesses.

My share for March comes from Vanessa Rowan, the owner and creative genius behind Molded Moments Lifecasting. She is an absolutely lovely mommy of two who has mastered an art that I tried and failed miserably at! Seriously, have you ever bought one of those molding kits to try and capture your little one's hands only to create a dust storm and lump of clay in your bedroom....or is that just me????

I wanted to give Vanessa an opportunity to share in her own words. Here is what she has to say:

"Looking for a unique gift idea? or perhaps want to capture your child's hands/feet in time? Or maybe you want to remember your pregnancy belly forever? Located in Royal Palm Beach, FL, Molded Moments Lifecasting is here to help you capture those special moments for a lifetime. View the gallery on the website for examples of previous work. Or, if you want to be adventurous, contact me for a commissioned piece. Possibilities are endless and if you have an idea that is not in the gallery, that doesn't mean it isn't possible! What are you waiting for, contact me today to capture your precious memories forever! Children grow up before you know it!"

Girlie Stuff {Things I Love}

I have two boys and a husband at home. And they are all three ALL boy. They like to play in the dirt and make messes and do "boy" things. Me on the other hand, I like shopping and traveling and flowers and beautiful things. Since there is so much testosterone flowing through my house, I decided to take on some additional projects...things that did not involve sweat and dirt (unless I am taking a photo of it). I call these my "girlie" projects. I am taking some original images and selling them, as well as making and selling hair pieces/bows/headbands (which my boys look at like they are aliens). See my first installment below. they are all posted in my new Etsy Boutique {http://www.etsy.com/shop/AngelKissesPhoto?ref=pr_shop_more}. Check it out and let me know if you are interested in any items.

My Precious Angels {Wellington Children's Photography}

It's been a while since I took some photos (other than candid shots) of my babies. I took them to my neighbor's yard, because they have this really awesome tree that looks really unique and rugged. We bribed them with a new Wii game (don't judge...I'm not above it) and they did an amazing job! I am in awe of how handsome and loving and mischievous they are. They are ultimate boys and I LOVE that! Their precious faces absolutely melt my heart and make me dread having to go to work tomorrow! I just can't get enough...I love them to pieces!

Beautiful Day, Beautiful Girl

This young lady has got so much going for her...she's confident, curious, beautiful...and did I mention she has AMAZING eyes and hair! I had looked forward to this shoot for a long time, because I knew "C" was all in and up for anything I threw at her. For me, that made for a perfect shoot! Thank you ladies for making the trip down...it was a pleasure working with you and I hope you love your photos!
