My Brand New Niece {Jacksonville Newborn Photography}

I had the incredible pleasure of photographing my 5 week old niece, Grace.  We have long awaited her arrival and are so very glad to have her in our lives.  To say we are all in love, is the understatement of the year!  I just love being an Aunt, and have the most perfect nieces and nephew.  They are such blessings!

Grace's parents are graduates of the University of Florida, and are HUGE football fans.  They dubbed her Gracie Gameday, since they arrived home from the hospital on a Saturday just in time for the big game.  I see a whole lot of blue and orange in this little cutie's future (and maybe some red and black if I can steal her away for a few hours one day...hehe)!

Gracie loves the camera!  Usually babies either sleep through a session, or they are upset by the big black contraption in their face.  Not this girl!  She was fascinated, which made for some awesome pictures.  She looked straight into the lens and even gave me a few grins.  From start to finish, she was unfazed by the photo shoot chaos around her, and the wardrobe changes.  She was happy and interested...and I loved every second of photographing her.

Crystal and Jesse...thank you so much for trusting me and waiting for me to photograph this sweet little angel.  I just LOVE her!

These are the other two babies in Crystal and Jesse's lives...their 10 year old pups, OJ and Angie, who are also loving and relaxed and incredibly well behaved!  Sweet dogs!

Little H's Fall Portraits {Sandy Springs Childhood Photography}

I grew up with this little cutie's Mommy.  I see so much of her in this little girl.  She is happy, spunky and looks just like a little baby doll!  I so enjoyed our session and hope I get to see her again soon!

Portrait Location: Morgan Falls Overlook Park in Sandy Springs, GA

The "P" Family {Smyrna Family Photography}

I met this sweet family at Taylor-Brawner Park in Smyrna for a shoot last weekend. It was unusually toasty by GA standards, and the sun was super bright. Luckily, the park featured tons of great spots for photos and boy did we take advantage of them! Little "P" was a trooper. She endured 5 wardrobe changes and several location changes...all with a precious smile on her face. Honestly, this was one of the quickest and easiest shoots I have ever had with a little one. She is just a doll! Thank you so much "P" family for the opportunity to shoot your family portraits. I sincerely hope I get to watch this little cutie grow up!!!

This is one of my favorite shots EVER! The colors, the smiles...I love it all!

Adorable {Stockbridge Family Photography}

"Adorable" was the first word that came to mind when I saw this little guy this past weekend. His Mommy called me after another photographer no showed on a session that they had scheduled. I was happy to step in last minute to photograph him and his precious family in preparation for his first birthday.

"E" is such a happy baby, and handsome to boot! I mean, can you believe the eyes on this little boy??? He was such a perfect model for me and toughed it out through several wardrobe and location changes. The "M" family lives on a lake (that I never knew existed), and have property that is a photographer's DREAM to work with. Hills and Ivy and water and rocks and woods. For me, it doesn't get any better than that!

This little one's sweet Mommy has become such a cheerleader for Angel Kisses Photography, and I am so very grateful! I CANNOT wait to work with them again at a very special 1st Birthday Party in November.

Thank you, "M" Family! I am so glad you called me!

The G Family {Wellington Family Photography}

As promised, I wanted to share the full post for Littly T and his sweet parents. We met at the good ole farm for a shoot on a toasty afternoon in South FL. T wasn't feelin' it at first, but then, I think he started to model a little. I mean...check out the pouty lips and incredible eyes. He was working it for the camera for sure! His parents are so sweet and love this little guy a ton and want to remember everything about his first year. I had a blast with you guys and hope to work with you again really soon!

Sneak Peeks {Wellington Photography}

Time is running really short these days! Seriously...I feel like I could fill 6 more hours in a day. But, those of you who know me personally, know that I can't complete sentences if I don't get at least 6 hours of sleep. So, I choose sleep. In the words of Scarlett O'Hara, "I'll think about that tomorrow." In all seriousness, we have had a ton going on and there are a ton of changes in the future for the Burtch Family. All good, but a lot of change for someone who is becoming less and less fond of change. We're just trusting that God will lead us where we need to be. If I blog a little less, please forgive me...once the dust settles, I promise to get back on track. In the mean time, here are some sneak peaks from session I have had over the last week or so. First up, we have Little "T". You should have seen the look this little man gave me when we first met. It was one of those "who are you and what do you think you're gonna do with that big black thing in your hand" looks. But he warmed up to me and I even got a few smiles (thanks to my husband acting a fool behind me while I shot). "T" and his Mommy and Daddy were such a precious, happy little family and I was honored to work with them! Next up is Miss Tatiana. She is so near and dear to our hearts. I often refer to her as my Columbian daughter. I couldn't be a more proud "Mamma Burtch". You see, Tatiana was our nanny for a year and a half. She helped us raise our babies while we worked during the day. She recently had to leave us so that she could finish her school/internship and graduate. She will do both in the next couple of weeks and will head out into the real world. TaTa...We are so very greatful for you...for being such an important part of our family and for loving our boys like you do. We were blessed the day that God brought you into our lives. I couldn't be more proud if you were my own daughter. You ALWAYS have a place in our family...no matter where you are or what job you are doing. We LOVE You! Now that I'm almost in tears (I'm such a sap!), Let me Introduce you to Ann and her precious boys. We had such a blast and it was certainly a family affair...hers and mine. The field that we shot in looked a bit like a circus with all of us running around, playing chase, throwing Easter eggs around, swinging on the tire swing...you get the picture! These boys were so sweet and listened so well. And let me just tell you about Ann...talk about beautiful! They all made my job VERY easy. Thank you so much for trusting me with your memories!!!

Little B is 1 {Wellington Children's Photography}

I can't even call this little cutie a baby anymore! She has grown so much since the first time I photographed her at 3 months. She was actually the first baby that I photographed other than my own. She is such a fun, happy, spunky little one with the most contagious laugh! I adore her entire family so much and hope they love the photos!

Baby K is 6 Months Old {Wellington Children's Photography}

...and I cannot believe it!!! Baby K and her Mommy and Daddy are very special to my family. As a matter of fact, apparently my husband has promised my youngest son's hand in marriage. So around our house, Baby K is known as Colton's future wife! Well I have to say, they would be a beautiful couple...both with their perfect smiles and big blue eyes!!! Happy 6 Month Birthday Baby K...The Burtch Family Loves You!

Done and Done...The End!

Baby Z's First Christmas {South Florida Family Photography}

I was lucky enough to see this lovely family again. Well at least Mommy and Baby Z. This was my first time meeting Daddy. He's a chef...How cool is that! A certain man in my life would LOVE that job. Baby Z was such a doll, dressed in her Christmas outfit and silver shoes. Love it! Congrats you guys on your first Christmas with your sweet little girl. I know if will be a special one!

I took a photo like this of Baby Z looking over her mommy's shoulder, so I figured I should get one with Daddy too!

Look at those eyes!
